Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Just got back from the Redpath concert at 7 Vines Vineyard in Dellwood near Mahtomedi. Had a wonderful evening with my better half on a rare date night. Sipping a nice 2017 Marquette wine and thinking it would pair nicely with a grass-fed beef roast while enjoying the company at our table and the warm melodies that remind us of the reason for the season. 2019 has been a busy year. Too busy at times, but our family and friends came to the rescue and helped us out. A special thanks to Steve for helping so much as a volunteer just to enjoy the solitude while putting up fence. We are truly blessed and are sharing our blessings this year with a local food shelf. 

People are placed in our lives to help us follow Him and His plan. One such situation occurred this summer when we learned about 21 Roots Farm, founded by one of our neighbors daughters. We have been able to provide advice and support and learned so much about what it means to provide “from the heart.” This is a relationship that will grow and blossom in ways we cannot yet imagine. I look forward to what the new year will bring. I hope that all of you get the opportunity to encourage youth with such great passion.
