CSA
Don’t have freezer space? No problem. Our CSA is a 6 month program with deliveries once per month. It runs December through May and then another from June through November with offerings adjusted to the season. We have whole and half shares for beef, pork, chicken and eggs as well as a combo option. Mix and match as best fits your needs and at any time you may order additional items to be added to that months delivery (or arranged pick-up from the farm if you wish them sooner). You can view all the options and details in our online store.
Grass-Fed Beef
We sell our beef by the pound. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised without hormones or antibiotics on rotationally grazed pastures. It is important to us that our food is raised with sustainable practices, so that you know your purchase of healthy premium products is helping us provide the best environment for our animals and the farm we steward.
Pastured Pork
Our pigs are rotationally grazed and fed grains without hormones or antibiotics. Here they have plenty of room to dig and behave in a safe, natural environment. The sun, grass and fresh air not only improve the health and wellbeing of our animals, but also produce delicious, nutritious pork for your family.
Pasture Raised Chicken
Our chickens are pastured in “chicken tractors” and moved every other day to give them free access to grass and bugs while protecting them from predators. They're both healthy and delicious and raised humanely with no antibiotics or hormones!
Premium hard neck Garlic
We have partnered with Jerry's Garden Fresh Produce to grow several varieties of premium hard neck garlic on a small section of the farm. Our first partnership with Jerry was in 2022 with great success. We are excited to add this option to our markets and look for it online in the late summer of 2023.
Maple Syrup
What do you do when you are blessed with more than a hundred Silver Maple trees of sufficient size? Make Maple Syrup! One of Nature’s miracle sweeteners, all we do is boil the sap down on our wood fired evaporator until it changes to Maple Syrup. Of course, it’s a LOT of boiling! 50 gallons of sap go into each gallon of syrup, but it is a labor of love and definitely worth it.
