Crock Pot Roast
Thaw roast before using. Pour 2 - 3 cups water in crock pot. Place meat in the crock pot and sprinkle 1 packet of dry Ranch Dressing mix and 1 packet of dry Au Jus mix over the roast. Cook for 8 hours on Low. Mix together flour and cold water (or cornstarch and cold water). Pour the liquid from the crock pot into a pan, bring to a boil and slowly add your flour/water mixture to make the gravy. Can be served as a pot roast or hot beef sandwiches.
